I have this and tried dapsone, thalidomide,plaquenil....best combination. for whole body methotrexate 25 mg weekly plaquenil 200mg xs day skin lesions that persist...strong steroid cream with tacrolimus ointment to suppress immune on skin I have been thru hell ask whatever you would like......
