Reason for asking this is that knowing birth date is quite common. However, if one wants to study the horoscope without getting too much intrusive, if one can tell birth time of people with some observations, it will be of great aid. This is only for study purpose. Is there a way to tell the birth time (time of the day) of a person looking at his/her observed characteristics (maybe position of Ravi in the chart)?
