Sorry, I find your facts misleading and dangerous, where are you getting this kind of information from? Your figures and facts are wholly wrong! It's not the Ayurveda is it? This 'One Gallon' of water a day is erroneous I have to agree totally with our guest. Do be careful drinking water in that kind of amount can lead to serious renal failure. This is a very dangerous practice indeed, I am surprised devotees don't question it further and see it for what it is.....'Bogus.'
