Dear Friends, I have come across a case where for Pisces lagna, 4 planets are debilitated (saturn in aries, moon in scorpio, mars in cancer and Venus). The interesting part is Mars is exhalted in Navamsa. This results in Mars, Moon and Saturn getting neecha bhanga (3 cancellations from one exhaltation !!!!) and also there is exchange between Mars and moon. I would not say it as neecha parivarthana as both have got neecha bhanga (as mars gets exhalted in navamsa) and mars is also an independent yoga karaka for Pisces lagna. Surely the parivarthana is strong (5th and 9th) and would yield positive results for the individual is my view. Could any of you pl. share if you have any other views to this.
