I hav one more question does neecha graha has neech driti also bec my jyotish told jupiter in makra in 3rd house had neech dristi on 9th house of karka which makes ones luck bad but another one told it is ucha house of jupiter so it is good for luck. respected experts, plz put light on the aspect that if a planet is fully or partially combust with sun it is assumed that it is asta and gives its all energy to sun but does it have its own drishti ? plz help. karan
