Just to give more details about myself, I am 27 male and all this started May 08. I was working outside digging a hole for a building, I was dehydrated and admitted to hospital overnight.

Hello, I have been having stomach pain and someone told me that my dharan or naag (not sure if I am typing it write) has been moved. Doctors in US has not been able to find any problems but I know something is not right in my stomach because I am in constant pain. I have acidity and pain below the in upper abdominals. Can I anybody tell me what is dharan and how can I fix it?
