The learned ones please advise ..waiting for a response

Hello , found this site really interesting .I was wondering if someone could help me out with my querries. About myself , I'm an M.B.B.S. graduate preparing for an exam to do further studies in U.S.A. , I consider myself intelligent but lately my performance has not been upto mark , also I'm not able to concentrate on my priorities (which is at present studying for the exam) ,I wonder if there is any astrological remedy to this , also I'm in search of a match preferably in US and a doctor ,I wanted to know if its beneficial for me to settle abroad or India would be better and whether I would get the match I'm searching for .I'm rather unsure of my manglik status as the panditji who made my kundali said that I am a manglik and when i check online on the various sites they say I am not .
