I love this beverage and this is how I make it. Prepare tea as you normally would by simmering or steeping tea in hot almost boiling water. (Decafinated tea ect) in a pan add 1/16th tsp (add more or less to taste) of Chai Masala per cup, and steep for 5-15 min covered. It has been my observation that cramping is more prevelent after eating allot of salty foods, and when potasium in the body is low. I have head of this before, It is probably more common in India, if you are able to refine your spirit energy (more than we do now) you would not need to eat. do you have another link for this story? this one didn't work. Yours, Eric

The only way to correct arthritus is by stimulating the digestion and proper detox. If you have cold natured arthritus then I recommend taking Trikatu and Triphala.
