any help/guidance/opinion, please?

Namaste! I need guidance related to my career planning from experienced Jyotish people. I used to be in USA for last 2.25 years and had to return back to India in December 2008 due to some reason. Now I want to go back again but nothing seems to be working in my favor. Here are my details. Kindly guide me whether or not I should still aspire to go abroad or I should drop my plans and focus here in India? DOB - 21 February, 1980 Time - 10:40 P.M.
