Sri Gurubhyon Namah I have a serious question for you are you trying to do the laghu pooja reading a book , looks like that, the kara and anga nyasa, the mudras the procedure has to be learnt from a competent guru, this is not a trial and error method to do things as it can harm you and your family, i am not trying to scare you but letting you know that to practice srividya you need to have a guru to guide you, and if you say that bhakti is more important, why the sages laid the rules, they could have written as a foreword to all the scriptures that bhakti is the main requirement and could have done away with the various mudras and nyasas, so reqest you to be judicious in your decision on to continue with the upasana. Sri Gurubhyon Namaha Navavarana or Navakshari???, there are no conditions set forth for a person to be initiated into panchadasi or shodasi, it is your guru who decides what is best for you, as said one can give his head, sons wealth and soul but not Shodasi, so that is a held secret that needs to come to you from your guru, have faith in mother and your guru, when the time is ripe it would come to you. Sri Gurubhyon Namaha For any mantra to be sucessful, the source from where it has come should be good, i mean a competent guru would be able to guide you , this is not to discourage you, but to let you know that any form of Shakti sadhana needs to have a competent guru who needs to give the diksha, and why should you be interested in siddhi of the mantra, the aim should be to attain oneness with the supreme parabrahman, holy mother, siddhis just tend to deviate you away from the final path, if at all you were to get siddhis, my sincire advise is to give them away through proper vedic process Sri Kamakshi
