hellow friends i have 2 problems.one is stammering ang second one is hair falling.i want to use brahmi,vacha,bringaraja.but i dont know how to use.i mean in what quantity i should mix up these poweders and dosage for intake.i also want to take ashwagandha and amlaki for general health purpose.how can i use?plz respopnd me thanks&regards bala krishna

hellow u should not take only vacha.u have to mix up with other herb.u have to take doctor advice.i am also face stammering problem.i am using sarswathi herb with the combination of vacha with the other herbs.my id is radhamanohar_p@.co.in .plz feel free to mail me.i wiil tell which medicines i am using.ok kapil bye.i am also struggeling lo with stammering.
