Dear Gurus Can you please let me know how to avoid Car Sickness while coming down from High Altitude and in case it still happens what is the treatment. I genreally gets it when I travel through hilly areas. Most of the times it happens when I come down from higher altitide to lower altitude in car? Why only few persons get this sickness?
