2nd lord and 7th lord are marakas..so atleast one of the marakas is weak.. but as said above it really depends on ayushkaraka, 8th house , lagna etc and aspects etc also if 7th lord is in 6th house spouse can be diseased...based on other aspects and planets.. -
What are the effects if Mars in Neecha in 7th (Marna Karaka Sthana) but has Moon in 10th house from Lagna. Also Mars is in Vargottama ...in 5th house may or may not attain full neech banga as moon is in 11th house but aspects its own sign
