Secondly if the native runs period ruled by signifiers of 3, 9 and 11. Here I would like to mention that one considers 9 not with portfoleo for travels by with a portfoleo for agreement from the authority. Regards. Guest guest Report post Posted August 26, 2009 Mr. Ramchandraji, First of all, it is presumed that the person for whom we predict is having destiny to go abroad. then only question rises as to why he/she will get green card or not. So if the 12th csl is signifying 3, 9 or 12 then he will have opportunity to go abroad in the conjoined period of the significators. and if 12th cusp is signifying only 12 and not 11th it means that he will establish at abroad only. As well as 3, 9th cuspal sub lords also have signfied to 3, 9, 12 or 3 or 9 or 12. Here we have to take 11th cusp as the detrimental house for 12 means 12 th house is for abroad establishment, then 11th means he wil not establish there and like this. Here the fructification of mind is of no use. If the planet whos period is running signifying 11 and 12 then there is certain obstacles in getting green card as it is also signifying 11th means he will go afar from the place where he is in abroad.
