Some queries on BM

In srath.com on the badhak article this was mentioned -

Indications of black magic are:
Bädhakeça association with 6th house or lord, or
6th lord in 1st, 7th, or 12th house as Mars occupies as aspects Lagna.
Ketu is 1st, 4th, or 10th as Mars aspect Lagna.
Position of Gulika indicates this stuff used for black magic. Mritunjaya Japa,
Ganapati or Tila Homa indicates the relief. The basic motive for black magic is
driving the enemy away from the locality, kill him or cause Lunacy[15]. Anything can be done against him like
giving him food (polluted)/burying material inside his house etc.
Queries
a). in the first part "or" was mentioned, so if Badhakesh assocaties with 6th
lord/house - is this solo criteria satisfactory for black magic.
b) The other two criterias 2nd and 3rd should they be solo or both combinations
need to be there for BM to be active.

WOuld the dasas be of concerned planets or even aspects of other planets on them
need to come into play.

Dear Prashant,
Very sound post by you. Very simply and logically explained.
Just one small query, when you used Badha, did u mean Black Magic
since I had used the short form BM for black magic.

As to my understanding ur personal example was very nicely
illustrated, happy nothing happened to you.
