Default Home Altars

Does anyone else think that a website collecting photos of various Krishna home altars would be interesting? Maybe that would be more interesting to beginners like me. Anyway, it seems like it might be a fun project for the right devotee. I don't think it's been done, because my Google searches don't seem to find even one such photo.

Default Deities etc

Personally, I love seeing pictures of altars and deities whether in the grand temple or in the simple devotee home!

Jayaradhe had a beautiful altar that she created from papermache! It was incredible! My computer crashed and the picture was lost. I wonder if her daughter has it now.

There's a site dedicated to shalagram-shilas and Govardhan-shilas in temples and in devotees' homes around the world.

http://www.salagram.net/

Have a a blast!

Default JayaRadhe\'s home altar

JayaRadhe sent me, via email, that photo too! Of the home altar she made from papermache! I couldnt believe how lovely it was. The colors were bright and stood out so nicely. She was sooooooooooo talented! An artist, for those who don't know. She painted first class pics of Krishna. Anyway, should anyone ever relocates the photo of her home altar, I sure would like to see it. Maybe it could be posted here, if found.
