Viniyogah

This is Swamiji's definition of Viniyogah

 

A Viniyogah is a statement of the original seers who propounded a

specific body of knowledge, the meter in which that knowledge is

presented, the principle deity to whom that knowledge pertains, the

root vibration of that knowledge, the specific energy that makes the

secret of that knowledge accessible, and the purpose or objective

for which that knowledge is being applied.

 

This is an explanation which is prefatory to the presentation of

that body of knowledge whether it's a viddhi, a chapter, an episode,

or a book.
