Guest guest
I am using a product to enhance my protein intake. It is a drink, the label says "40g protein per 100g." The bottle is 400g. It also advises you to add just two spoons, twice daily, meaning 4 spoons all in all. So 4 spoons will contain how much protein, if every 100g contains only 40g protein and teh bottle itself is just 400g? the protein amount would be very, very little, hardly 5g. Surely, that's not enough for one who's serious about protein intake. But this drink is popular and has been used by many claiming it has built their bodies in no time due to increase in protein. So are my calculations wrong? What does 40g protein per 100g mean?
