theist Posted June 6, 2005 Report Share Posted June 6, 2005 It is common to hear someone say something like "My child was sick and dying and I prayed to God to heal him and he still died... therefore I don't believe in God anymore." Always chant but also remember the rest is up to Krsna and He is in that soul's heart as well as ours and loves that soul more than we could ever comprehend. But by all means we should chant.
