Guest guest Report post Posted April 21, 2005 In your case, your anger hides behind "pity", and therefore wrong. Be yourself. If you're angry, dont hide behind another emotion, however pleasant. Face facts. Also, Arjuna felt pity for his relatives, and Krisna adviced him to get rid of it. So whether it is anger or pity in your case, get rid of it. Only then can you fulfill your Kshatriya duties.

"So whether it is anger or pity in your case, get rid of it. Only then can you fulfill your Kshatriya duties." emotionless kshatriyas? what a novel concept... Krishna did not advise Arjuna to become emotionless. He advised him to engage his emotions in Krishna's service. And that is my goal btw. If you think Arjuna was emotionless on the battlefield of Kurukshetra you obviously did not read Mahabharata.
