man, be careful, 39 kilos is very little !

 

if you want to put on weight, eat very rich food like rice, potatoes, french fries, lentils, milk product, yogurt, condensed milk with sugar, cheese pizzas. eat in the evenings before sleeping, you'll feel horrible but you'll get more and more weight ....

 

sorry it may sounds like a crooked piece of advice but that's what i'd do. maybe you should see a vegetarian friendly doctor...
