When the spiritual master sees that the devotees are satisfied by eating bhagavat-prasada, he is satisfied. I offer my respectful obeisances unto the lotus feet of such a spiritual master. Krishna devotee is offering respect to Krishna always. I don't understand the Purport to this verse, but I realized that we are to offer food to Maharaja, and he in turn offers to Krishna.
