But we should remember that he was also an example to everyone of what our own possibilities are when we surrender fully to the Lord. He could give the Lord because he possessed the Lord. But he wants us to capture the Lord with our love also. And when his disciples do that they will also be able to give Krsna in similar measure. this is called the disciplic succession. It is meant to continue unchecked. But we must remember that that divine current is meant to run THROUGH one living being to another. Most of us are just pointers."Look! Over there is a divine being." That is good and wonderful as far as it goes but not withstanding my own fearful reluctance we must ourselves keep getting closer even as we continue to point.
