My first response was, "God, I hope they're not doing it out in the open!" In fact, if he's living in an apartment nearby and has a girlfriend, I think most folks assume, unless he's lying to the community, that they have an intimate relationship. He's associating with devotees, accepting what he's able to accept, and working gradually on other things. Sex is a tough one, as most of us know.
