Any cure for snoring?

Does anyone know of any remedy for loud snoring? I've already tried the nose grip and the spray - they don't work well.

you can try is completely cleansing your sinus cavities. I do this with some warm water and baking soda mixed together. I then take a small rubber bulb and fill it with the solution and run it through each nostril. I got the bulb from an ear cleaning kit. Works well.

 

I believe this is called nasya in ayurvedic practice and they also use different oils etc. instead of the baking soda water. They also sell little vessels to use in place of the rubber bulbs.

 

Works for me. It may for you.

 

I have actually woken myself up from snoring.

i heard that those things football players

put on their nose to help breath work for snoring,

they compress both side of you nose a little bit
