Guest guest Report post Posted September 3, 2003 so much energy is going into the debate over the temple in Ayodyha, how much energy is being used to help the millions of women and children unprotected, living in the streets, eating out of pile of refuse ? Is Dharma raising a pile of bricks as a monument to one's ego and self worship ,or is Dharma making one's first priority the protection of women and children ? Guest guest Report post Posted September 9, 2003 o much energy is going into the debate over the temple in Ayodyha, how much energy is being used to help the millions of women and children unprotected, living in the streets, eating out of pile of refuse ? Is Dharma raising a pile of bricks as a monument to one's ego and self worship ,or is Dharma making one's first priority the protection of women and children ? Blah-blah, all very sentimental. Suppose a bunch of islamic invaders had destroyed an important monument of yours (in your country) and built another one in its place, just to proclaim their superiority over the conquered race. What would you do once you attain freedom? Wouldn't you destroy that structure and along with it, all the bad memories associated with it? Wouldn't you want to build another one, which would emphasize YOUR cultural values, and not those of the conquerer? Taht's what's happening in Ayodhya. It is not about the temple, silly. It is a cultural revolution. The temple is symbolic, that's all.

Guest guest Report post Posted September 10, 2003 how many women children and elderly have to be killed, tortured, raped, and crippled to help you reclaim your lost pride ? will a pile of bricks that leads to mass violence be considered Dharmic or Adharmic By the person you supposedly want to worship ? Guest guest Report post Posted September 11, 2003 To build a temple, you don't need to rape and torture anyone. If you have bricks and cement, that'll do just fine!
tovishal2001 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2003 Shiva said : will a pile of bricks that leads to mass violence be considered Dharmic or Adharmic By the person you supposedly want to worship ? If you are against mass violance then why u support Shri Krishna's advice to Arjuna to goto WAR(in bhagvadgita)??? Arjuna or pandava could have easily left that place so, that violance was not necessary and could been avioded easily. So why Krishna sent arjuna to WAR/violance??? Now , after answering this question answer the wuestion on Ayodhya. Thanks (and sorry if i m wrong...correct me plz).
