Dear Srila Prabhupada,

Please accept my humble obeisances.

Having come to the USA in 1977 as a boy, the same year that Your Divine Grace left the earthly abode, I did not have the chance to see you personally. However later in life, it was through the legacy of your spiritually charged books that I was persuaded to chant the maha-mantra, meditate on Lord Krishna, believe myself to be the soul and not the body and develop love of God. This is what I find unique in your message more so than any modern messenger, that one must first purify one's heart by repeatedly chanting the holy names and then observe the Divine blessings in one's life as the Krishna Paramatma in the heart shines the light of knowledge, wisdom and love from within. You clearly state the uniqueness of each soul and it's relationship with God and that the individual atma and Bhagavan are eternally separate personalities. Bhagavan being the Supreme Personality of Godhead (Lord Krishna) as creator, sustainer and destroyer of everything including the individual soul and His localized Paramatma version situated within all living things, longs to reunite the free willed atmas that He created with Him again in an eternally loving association!

Jaya Srila Prabhupada! You have helped me to have peace, happiness and an attitude of bhakti and compassion towards all!

Respectfully,

Amit
