anveshan 0 Report post Posted March 11, 2003 International Competitive Bidding Whereas the Omniscient Brahman has found controversies, contradictions, competition, self-nomination, allegations and counter allegations with regard to the holy status of Avataras, has appointed Anveshan as the Competent Authority, duly constituted by divine law for locating, pre-qualifying, empanelling aspiring Avatara candidates and conferring upon them the status of official Avataras. After the due process of selection as per the divine law and as per the set precedents, the new Avataras would be published in the official Gazette of the Brahman and would be suitably incorporated into the Sruties and Smrities. Nominations should reach the Competent Authority, hereinafter mentioned as Anveshan, on or before 25 Chaitra, 2059. Application Procedure …………………… For living Avatara aspirants, self-signed applications on plain paper, accompanied by a certificate from ten prominent paura-mukhyas of their locality along with the requisite Earnest Money Deposit in the form of a Demand draft drawn on any prime bank would suffice, with supporting documents as detailed hereunder. There is no age limit. All from ‘karaaravindena padaaravindam mukhaaravinde` viniveshayantam’ stage to ‘angam palitam palitam mundam dasanavihinam jaatam tundam’ stage can apply. There is no sex restrictions. Males, females and shikhandies can apply. Nominations for posthumous awards are accepted for persons who lived during VS 500 to VS 2058. Maths, Ashrams, Societies(registered or otherwise), Villages , Panchayats and Cities and legal heirs of the aspirant Avataras can send nominations on behalf of the deceased aspirant. Applications on letter-heads with earnest money and supporting documents, as detailed hereunder would be sufficient. Qualifying Bidders ……………………. The aspirants should conform to Brahman standard BSS: 1172(Part II) which Brahman Himself revealed to Parasara, Parasara to Vyasa and Vyasa to Anveshan in secret. They should have a gross material asset of not less than one million dollars or equivalent in Indian currency. Philosophic assets or bankruptcy is not considered as a criteria for accepting nominations. But crowd pulling abilities of the living avataras or the deceased one’s representatives would be scrutinized and assessed. Selection of Ayudha and Vahana …………………………………................. Each applicant aspirant is allowed to select a maximum of two weapons of their choice as their Ayudhas, excepting Atom Bomb, which already stands reserved. Also they can select any one vahana as their trade mark transport excepting the trade-marked weapons of the existing avataras. Earnest Money Deposit ………………………............ Applications/nominations should be accompanied by an earnest money deposit of 1% of the total gross material asset of the applicant/nominator. Earnest money, once received is non-refundable. To prove the gross material asset, applications should be accompanied by 3 years audited/certified Income inflow-outflow statements, Profit and Loss A/c, Balance sheets, Income and Wealth Tax receipts and any other supporting documents. In case of those who regularly evade tax, a chartered accountant’s certificate duly authenticated by a registered Valuer should be submitted. All demand drafts to be drawn on a prime bank favouring Anveshan. Applications/nominations not accompanied by earnest money would be summarily rejected.
