Friends, The Homeland Security Bill means FORCED Smallpox Vaccination ! One new insertion that was never debated or considered in a hearing (Title III section 304 c) gives the authority to the Secretary of HHS to call for universal -- that is, *without* informed consent -- smallpox vaccination and other interventions with NO personal, religious or medical exemptions. In addition, there are no guarantees for humane quarantine laws. Please forward to at least 10 other people, and ask them to forward it to another 10 etc. We can't let this go through like The Homeland Security Act. Your life could depend on it. Follow up with calls to (800) 648-3516 or (877) 762-8762 The tyrannical MSEHPA (mandatory vaccination law) did not pass in most states, so they incorporated under Homeland Security to make it mandatory. 20. The U.S. government apparently intends to conduct NO double blind studies on the safety and efficacy of the new smallpox vaccine. It has ordered 286 million doses, one for every man, woman and child in America at a cost of $428 million.

At least half this vaccine will be delivered by Acambis PLC of great Britain.
