Tarun 6 Report post Posted June 13, 2002 Natural Health Tip of the Day - Sunday June 9, 2002 Corns Here are two remedies for those bothersome corns on your lotus feet. 1) Soak common ivy leaves for a couple of days in apple cider vinegar, or for several hours in lemon juice. Soak your feet in hot water, then apply two or three leaves to the corn and tape securely into place. Repeat this until the corns are soft enough to lift out. 2) Or, put a corn pad on the corn at night and fill the little opening in it (over the corn) with crushed garlic. Tape over and around the pad and repeat this each night until the corn softens and comes out. ps - one more suggestion for lotus foot relief: avoid those corny jokes. Tarun 6 Report post Posted July 26, 2002 Natural Health Tip of the Day - Friday July 26, 2002 Footbath For Tired, Aching Feet Too much holiday shopping can take a toll on your feet, leaving them aching, tired and swollen. Indulge in an aromatherapy foot bath as you relax after a long day. This combination of oils can usually be added to electric foot spas (check manufacturer's instructions), or just added to very warm to hot water in a pan deep and wide enough to comfortably soak both feet. To your pan of water, add 3 drops of juniper essential oil, 2 drops of lavender essential oil and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil. Follow with a foot massage if possible!
