jagdish 0 Report post Posted November 2, 2005 Greetings, is it Chimunda or Chamunda ? Basically, Chamunda is Parvati/Uma, consort of Lord Shiva. She got the name Chamunda after killing the two demons by those names, Chanda and Munda (pls check relevant spellings).
