Guest guest
The kind that are of the realist style, of variable sizes available? I'm looking for a Krishna painting, that's a lot like the art depicted in the Mahabharata by Krishna Dharma hardcover edition. I want to hang it on a wall. I'd prefer a large painting. Anyone know where I can find paintings like that for sale?
Guest guest
hi guest, i am a painter, orthopedic doc, astronomer and have held a solo exhibition of paintings depicting one aspect taken from the Bhagvata. when Sri Krishna was chastised by Yashoda ma for eating mud and was asked to open His mouth, Mother Yashoda saw the entire creation in His mouth. This vision i have tried to capture on canvas. the show was inaugarated by India's prominent art historian Jagdish Mittal. I got good press reviews for the same and now many of the paintings of that show are in various private collections throughout the world. i have a set of paintings ranging from 5ft/7ft to 3ft by 4ft which were the main attractions of the show. they border on abstraction. one of them also depicts Paramahansa Yogananda's vision of cosmic conciousness. if u are interested reply to mithin78@rediffmail.com i will send u the photos and reviews of the same.
