nem
What are the main rules of Hinduism. I have read a few books, and i have been born in a Hindu family. But would like to get deeper into it. What would you say should be done to become one with GOD? From experience or friends from other religions, it is through chanting of GODs name. For Hindus, repetition would be 'RAM' or 'KRISHNA' or 'BRAHMAN'. Or: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. Is 'Hare' also GOD's name? Would it also be right to call GOD any name as long as you show love with it? Another thing is, what does Hinduism teach about hair? Please do add extra comments in your posts with teachings, or information that would be educational for me. Also could you give me a few names of some Hindu saints who have 'made it', Or attained self-realization. Thank you. < PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG, THIS IS WHY I AM POSTING >
