To all those who think that all of aryan invasion theory is false. Well some of it definitely is, but the foreign indoeuropean men DID come from outside, as it was proved by linguists. And now their descendants are found mostly in the brahmin and kshatriya caste.

Guess what, now even genetics has proven it. Sweeeeet! lol

hehehe, what will the fundamentalists do now??

Hi,

Why you are just want to prove that brahmins are aliens and invaders? That too thousands of years ago!

But muslims came only in past 800 years. But they are all people of 'secular' India and nonone should open mouth on muslim exploitation, invasion and plundering. There 'past is past and we are all bayees(brothers' -- this theory will come.

But the real small sect of brahmins will be blamed for some unknown foreign origin milleniums back.

Take it from me this absolute partiality against brahmins is going to ruin the very base of Indian democracy one day or other with a muslim general claiming the dictatorship of whole India.

The problem with linguistics and genetics is how you interpret the evidence. True, they are suggestive of MIGRATION, but not of DOMINATION. It's as if foolish Hindus like Shantram believe India had "purity" in terms of people who inhabit India, when that's just not true. India was a diverse place during the times of the Vedas, the Mahabharata, the Ramayana, etc.

That's the ONLY thing I'll believe out of these studies, and the only thing one should believe from these studies, taken as fact.

why does everyone assume because the upper caste has more euro blood that must mean that the euros invaded and set up the caste system. i think its just a subconsious way for insecure indians to displace their dissonance and tension felt againt the evils of the caste system onto the europeans who are so easy to blame because of their past history.

couldnt it have been that the europeans who came to visit india left their genes only among the upper caste? there is strong evidence that many foreignors who came to india, including from europe, married into indian families. now if you were european coming into an india in which you branded most people as "simple backwards barbarians" who would you leave your daughter to? the upper caste nobility and royalty or the lower caste manual laborers?

europeans who visited india married into upper caste families more often than lower caste ones there fore, modern day upper caste members have more euro blood that lowr caste ppl

This happened too ofcourse but Genetic research also reveals timelines.

The evidence strongly indicates that IE languages came from outside India. Linguistics, archeology and genetics supports this. Not the other way around despite some people like Frawley and Rajaram and others would like us make us to believe. Even claiming that Harappa was a sanskritspeaking civilisation with their socalled "decipherments", "horsebones" that are from donkeys and "horseseals" that are bulls. Half the world was making fun of these guys. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Indians do not need an out of India theory to feel Indian. The identity you have is not just a matter of where the language you speak originated. So what if IE languages are brought in by people who called themselves aryans and mingled with the Dravidian speakers ? Either IE languages are brought in the subcontinent or they are carried out. They don't fly by themselves /images/graemlins/wink.gif. The verifiable scientific evidence is there that they are brought in. Call it a AMT or AIT, they are brought in. It does not have to hurt selfconfidence to accept migrations and influence from outside. It happens everywhere. It's a sign of selfconfidence and sense of reality to accept it.

What is the verifiable evidence ??. There is ten times more evidence for Out of India theroy than for Aryan invasion - if you are talking of evidence.

Nice to see somebody who can come up with good scientific evidence that supports an out of India theory.

Hopefully it's something different than the things people like Frawley, Elst, Rajaram etc are presenting us. I think they have done enough harm already.

Like most of us know (but some just cannot accept) the archeological, linguistic and genetical evidence does'nt support an Out of India theory (OIT) But if you can come up with some good scientifical evidence, please do. Make sure you check claims you read on some sites. We don't need claims like :" some german university has find out.." or " some scientist have come up with..". We need links and facts to check. Maybe you should read this link first so you see how far some people went to produce some :

horses and harappa
