Guest guest
Being born into a brahmin family doesnt making one a brahmin. Just as being born into a family of a doctors does not earn one the tile of being a doctor. Actually even higher then the brahmin is the vaishnava who unconditionally loves and serves the supreme personality of godhead. Thus any person regardless of caste can be a saintly and revered personality. Lord Sri Krsna, God Himself played the roll of a kastriya. Arjuna one of Krsna's most exalted devotees was a ksatrya. Another thing, there is a past time of Krsna where he is playing with his cowhead boyfriends they all become very famished from all their playing. So Krsna instructed his boyfriends to go begg the brahmanas, who at the time were performing a sacrafice, for food. The Brahmins rejected the boys. Then Krsna told the boys to ask the Brahmin's wives, also known as the gopis, for food. As expected the gopis were more than eager to prepare a delicious feat. IT goes to show that being a brahmin doesnt neccessarily make one a sincere devotee. Hari bol.
