Guest guest
1.the origin of hinduism.. the main core of hinduism, the sanatana dharma, has no historical origin. God comes eternally and cyclically to revive the spirituality's principles when they're almost lost 2.followers world wide(where most people who practice hinduism are found india, sri lanka, pakistan, bangladesh, indonesia.. many practitioneers are also in western countries 3.the holy book of Hinduism the four vedas, ramayana, mahabharata (including the bhagavad gita), upanishads, puranas, aranyakas.. 4.Leadership(for ex. rabbis=judaism) no official and common leadership... every practitioneer has the duty to choose his guru who can be the chief of a big organization or an alone hermit in a cave 5.and some basic beliefs on Hinduism(laws of religion) a human is a real human being when he asks himself "why i am suffering?". Then the start of the spiritual life is to realize "i suffer because i am spirit but i live in a material world entangled in a material body" another thing to say is that sanatana dharma is monotheist, non polytheist... many hindus believe that god is one particular form and other sacred forms are subordinated servants of god, angels, helpers, many hindus believe that all forms are representing the formless god... but all are monotheists
