I think the question should be "would Kalki be Maitreya Bodhisattva?"

 

Answer (at least for me) is very likely YES.

 

Both Hindus and Buddhist believe there will be a "person" who come at end of the Times when Dharma cease to exists and everyone lives in state of ignorance. For Hindus, its Kalki and for Buddhists, its Maitreya.
