Hi,

I practice the Hatha yoga system along with Various Pranayamas.

Is there a way I can help you?

And FYI, I am not a HK devotee. But I am a hindu.

Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. Are you in a state of meditation while you do the different asanas ? If so, how ? How do you approach meditation ? Thank you

Actually I have not done any meditation. So I really dont know how a state of meditation feels like.

But while doing Pranayama, you have a high concentration and you can have a strange pleasant feeling. Its something like the senses geting submerged within itself. I cannot explain. But let me assure you its a great feeling.

And, during different asanas, the cyclic inhalation and exhalation, and the stretch produced in different parts of the body, creates a pleasant feeling. Some Parts of the postures are kept track by counting the "Om". So that creates some sort of, I mean you can feel your whole body with the OM. Its actually difficult to explain.

If you can help me with a list of feelings encounterd during a medittive state, then I can check with the feelings Yoga practitioners have during yoga ( if done in a proper way).
