Try to avoid situations that may cause you to get too lusty. to say dont do it again is just some easy answer to a complex problem. If you have sex desire in your heart and mind isnt that the same as having real sex? Take darshan, chant, and get back up and try again. Guest guest Report post Posted March 7, 2004 yeah sex drive is really difficult to overcome... if you have a serious relationship it's not so bad... if you can get married of course it will be better. you can't be perfetc in such a short time. keep chanting, and avoid siutations that make you lusty. also a clean diet and waking up not so late can help. It is understood that you are repenting for your action. Seeds when gets water sprouts. Similarly, desire transforms into action when gets opportunities. It is very easy to fall from a spiritual platform. Noone can perform such activities by name of God. If any one encourages such, they are real enemy of you and god. The right thing to do is getting married first and then have relations for having children after chanting 50 rounds each, 5 days after the menstration period and after receiving the permit from the couple's spiritual master. If sex happens otherwise then I suppose both man and woman will have to do many many rounds of japa and austerities in order to diminish the consequences of behaving improperly. Sometimes we ignore the four regulative principles (rp)because we are under illusion. Sometimes we know the four rp and still cannot accomplish because of several reasons like lack of willpower, lack of motivation, feeling exhausted and so on. However, once we started to walk on the paths of bhakti yoga we must return to practise it again sooner or later, if we really believe in Krishna Consciousness. Hare Krishna. In particular, they engaged in pre-marital sex/ ? --it happens that we are conditioned souls and we are naturally making mistakes... but it is a greater mistake if, repressing them, they are not peaceful in chanting hare krishna, they start to be angry with others especially vaishnavas and they, at a certain point explode stopping any spiritual practice and doing more and greater sins out of frustration... so we have to be careful applying principles person to person, not abstractly The right thing to do is getting married first and then have relations for having children after chanting 50 rounds each, 5 days after the menstration period --if they can do it without making the lack of sexual gratification an obsession... and after receiving the permit from the couple's spiritual master --speculation If sex happens otherwise then I suppose both man and woman will have to do many many rounds of japa and austerities in order to diminish the consequences of behaving improperly. --speculation... one has to chant constantly hare krsna, 16 rounds is a concession from guru and the fact os austerities is an heresy, dangerous heresy, there's no austerity superior to hare krishna chanting.. these boys are highly respectable vaishnavas even if they have sex, you have to make them your obeisances and help not instillate fear with your fantasies However, once we started to walk on the paths of bhakti yoga we must return to practise it again sooner or later, if we really believe in Krishna Consciousness. --different.... if we practice krsna consciousness, that is essentially chanting hare krishna, krsna will give us the mercy to wipe out our material attachements.
