Guest guest
Colombian singer Inain Castaneda has published his first Vaisnava songs. A heart touching protest singer from the Amazon plains, he plays the harp and the typical four string guitar called "quattro". His first published song for Krishna protests the abortion of innocent babies. He was selected best singer on the last music festival in Villavicencio with this song. Now he is preparing his 10th CD which will be dedicated to Krishna, is constantly traveling and giving concerts with his family who are all devotees and great musicians. Akarma Prabhu (his initiated name), appeared in numerous TV programs and plans to reach Colombians with the call of love from the Bhagavat Gita. Concert tours of the US and Spain are planned for the next year. When asked how he became attracted to Krishna, he answered: " The temple was only a few houses away from my house. When I was in trouble I just went there to find some help. When I met Parasurama Prabhu a new life started for me and my family. Now I have to also try to help others to overcome their personal crisis and unhappiness." The MUSICA LLANERA, which is his typical style, is not well known outside of Colombia and Venezuela, but carries a charm which will reach many people in the near future.
