decoding vedic chart

dear forum members,

i am new to vedic astrology and ever since i saw my chart i have been very depressed. My mars,venus and sun are debilitated and jupiter is retrograded in 6th house moreover my moon is in ardra nakshatra in 7th house.

everything seems to be very bad, however, i don't want to be a bad or unlucky person.

 

Can someone help me understand what is going on in my chart and what i can do to change my life?

 

my birth details are as follows:

30.oct.1988 11.30 am

new delhi
