They won't let me post on Vedic astrology forum so I will post here and ask my question here. Is continence a good upaya for someone with retrograde venus in the 1st house, fallen mars,malefic saturn etc? I know they say chastity is good for venus in the 1st house, and venus is also atmakaraka. Any help would be appreciated, I have water coming out of my ears here. SomeOne Quote
