Maa Baglamukhi? Recommendation for Parents' Problems

Dear Friends,

 

Someone is ill-wishing my parents and trying to cause harm upon them. I am someone who has recently been experiencing the benefits of meditation. I was hoping someone could provide some type of solution that I can do to protect my parents, a mantra perhaps? I was thinking about Maa Baglamukhi mantra but I know it is powerful and I am afraid to perform it incorrectly. Do I have to find a guru to do this?

 

I was also thinking about performing a sadhana of some sort to protect them? Would this require a guru?

SHIVE SARVARTHA SADHIKE,

SHARANYE TRYMBAKE GOWRI,

NARAYANI NAMOSTUTE.

 

SARVA BHADHA PRASHAMANAM,

TRYLOKASYA AKHILESWARI,

EVAMEVA TVAYA KARYAM

ASMAD VAIREY VINASHANAM.
