Can Yellow Sapphire be worn together with Emerald and Diamond?

Hi friends and respected Guruji's,

I am new to jyotish and trying to learn the great science. I am wondering if I can wear Yellow Sapphire along with Emerald and Diamond. I have started wearing Emerald since about 2 months after recommendation from an friend. I was also thinking to wear a diamond or a substitute of it. But I realized i am running mahadasha of jupiter and was wondering if i could wear yellow sapphire(or yellow topaz) along with emerald which I am presently wearing and possibly also diamond. My birth details are
