Guest guest
Does Kundalini use more energy than in usual life? I was always a compulsive overeater before but lost so much weight during the last 8 months, I'm trying to get over the fear of food but have no idea how much to eat. Has anyone else noticed a need to eat more or less food to maintain the same weight? Joanna
Guest guest
Hello Joanna, Yes at times you may need to eat more or less than 'normal'. Perhaps you might like to adjust what it is you think of as 'normal' or 'usual' though. The Kundalini may require certain types of food at certain times for specific upgrades to our bodies. Best to surrender to the Kundalini and it's guidance within you to eat certain foods and amounts when you are so guided. It is also in your best interest to listen to the guidance when you are guided not to eat certain things. You may be asked to not eat at all for a short time. Or to have a very limited diet. Listening to the Kundalini's guidance in these areas is highly advisable. For what foods are good for your Kundalini look to the safeties in the food section. http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html Releasing fear of food is a great idea. And we may at times have to release our expectations of making our bodies look a certain way. By all means, excercise and eat well and be healthy, but to have the expectation to look like the swimsuit models and celbrities we see on television and in movies may not be healthy, especially to a Kundalini person. If you become overly attached to your image in an ego based manner, you may have lessons come your way. Just some thoughts from me, I hope that helps... I'll see if I can find one of Chrism's past posts about food to help as well. Be well, bradly , epsteincas wrote: > > Does Kundalini use more energy than in usual life? Guest guest
Hi joanna, Yes, I too have changes in appetite in last 6 months. I attribute my recent wt loss to K. At one point I felt like she was eating me up! All kinds of things were going on, In a good way. I just followed my intuition and let any concerns about wt loss go. Same for sleep patterns. My wife has been supplementing meals with nutritious and delicious wild things from our property like chickweed, red buds and a few flowers. Our garden this year should be supplemental too. I think these things carry much more life force and find cooked foods fine for a while but not too long. I'm trying to get my family out habit of using metals to cut foods. Fractionation is not fractility-whole. It looses the spark, I feel. Guest guest
Hi Joanna, Before my awaking I ate very little really and that was mostly from a drive-thru, a box...etc. I understood that I needed alot of cleansing and In that process lost alot of weight. Now that I eat more healthy food, I eat much more than I ever have lol! I still slowly lose weight but not in an unhealthy rate. Are you under or over weight? The Five Rites are said to bring weight into balance on their own. Love, Kat.  ________________________________ " epsteincas " <epsteincas Fri, May 7, 2010 4:27:53 PM food  Does Kundalini use more energy than in usual life? Guest guest
There were days when I experimented with not eating. Felt good. Thank you for sharing your experience. Guest guest
Hi, Kat, I think I'm the right weight now for the first time in my adult life. It's quite a change and I've had a lifetime of food issues. I haven't been able to do the 5 rites because the sites are under construction. But I will do them. Thanks for your help.
