I have recently discovered Watermelon Juice in my supermarket and health food

shop. I have 500mls a day and it is so refreshing and perks me up for the day.

It is near impossible to find Watermelon in Scotland, unless you are a

millionaire and have it shipped in especially. What do people in cold countries

substitute for Watermelon?

Hi Iona, Before I came here, I was looking at kidney cleanses and found

watermelon seed tea.

I purchased some for a very low price...I prefer the real thing so I haven't

used it. Search for

Edgar Cayces watermelon tea and maybe you can find some in your area. The juice

sounds

good to me hehe.

Blessings,

Kat.

Hi Katherine,

Welcome to the group. Thank you so much for the seed tea suggestion as I love

drinking herbal & fruit teas. I never drink ordinary tea in any of its forms

because of the Tannin and Caffine they contain.
