I went through a couple of hard drives before I realized that the relationship I was having with my computer was a form of training for me to be aware of my energy and mood, and to ground myself. Guest guest Report post Posted May 3, 2010 Yes, I have already learned that lesson, I killed my monitor and my CD player last summer. I don't think what was going on yesterday had to do with too much enrgy. I have not been doing anything to increase energy. I have not even been able to meditate all weekend or much of anything actually, except for some prayers and healing energy sent. I as ate plenty of grounding foods during this time.
