Katharine, thanks for posting about this. It for sure resonates with me. I can

remember the days I when I went to the ocean to swim for hours and hours, the

whole day actually. I would feel super good for days afterward with lots of

energy. On the other hand when I go for a swim at a pool for an hour, I come

home and want to sleep for hours.:) I think I am going to give the mag. oil a

try and see if it helps me. I have lots of skin problems.

Blessings,

Linda

I awoke...in relation to animals and anxiety, their parietal eye, my third eye

or ajna and self with increased body fat. The correlation I think I was seeking

was not so much the biological one, though I did not realize this, but rather

through the researching I was reminded of my journey, my devotion, (ajna), and

my temple that I'm not taking care of.

Hello Linda, I hope it can be of help to you! Its strange but I keep being lead

back to it over and over for a

year now. I try not to be annoying with my continually postings on it but each

time its a big light bulb moment.

Kundalini is related to water Ive read maybe that's why it keeps popping up for

me. Salt of the earth...light...

bitter water. Why is it so much more difficult for us in the western societies?

Is it because we are simply full

of toxins, acidic and depleted? The safeties are a big life-style change for us

in the west...we turn on the tv....

shop at the super-market....and spend every moment we can working more, spending

more. Weird to think

something as simple as salt could help so much...when we are told that salt is

bad (and yes it is the wrong salt.)

Blessings,

Kat
