Guest guest Report post Posted January 5, 2010 My question regarding Solfeggio tones and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or " tapping " ) is essentially the same: Both have a soothing or even eliminating effect on " negative " emotions. I'm wondering if they only supress the emotions or if they really resolve the issues. I just need to be absolutely certain that those techniques don't just bury the issues deeper before pasing them on. Can you give me this certainty Chrism? Guest guest Report post Posted January 5, 2010 Hi Aarni, I am interested in Chrism's take on it, but I have physically felt stuff leave my body after using EFT. I use it when things are stuck. Otherwise, I release things quite easily without it.
