I've been yawning frequently for about half-a-year now. The yawns are usually

very deep and large and come up when I'm meditating/chakra breathing/compression

breathing or doing something of the like. Often with the yawns I spill a few

tears. Not crying usually not even sad the tears just flow. I get this all the

time and more an more so I'm thinking it's important. Do you know what this

means?

Heartfelt thanks to you for everything Chrism. Shaktipat, creating the

community, the work you do...

Dear Shrikant

When ever I sit to recite my prayers and recite Gayatri I start yawning several

times this is normal.
